The Model 5760 ADSL X3 integrates an ADSL 2/2+ modem router NAT firewall and Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) firewall into a single compact product. An Ethernet port allows direct connection of a computer running any operating system or connection to a switch or hub. The Model 5760 provides shared Internet access for up to 253 computers. The Model 5760 is compatible with older ADSL protocols as well as the new ADSL 2/2+ standards for download speeds of up to 24 Mbps and extended distances at which high data rates can be delivered. Advanced features of the 5760 include: Universal Plug and Play a Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) firewall and an auto-configuration option which automatically establishes protocol and encapsulation used by the ADSL service.
